The Government of Morocco offers 20 scholarships every year to each of the Eastern Caribbean Member states: Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The scholarship allows students to choose from a number of tertiary-level programmes offered at Moroccan Public Institutions. These programmes are taught in the French language by a combination of national staff members and foreign lecturers with recognised qualifications in their fields.
