Application Procedure
All applications must follow the Requirements and Eligibility criteria of the Member States Government Authority responsible for the Moroccan Scholarship Programme. This Authority will filter applicants according to a national priority between Morocco and the receiving Member State: Antigua and Barbuda, The Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
1) Follow the Country’s Application Procedure
Member-State Passport Holders Travelling to Morocco from Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts, St. Lucia or St. Vincent must apply for Visa prior-to-arrival.
The Embassies of the Eastern Caribbean States to The Kingdom of Morocco work in close collaboration with all the Ministries of its Member States on all matters related to travel, education, and Job Opportunities for the Citizens of OECS and Morocco.
2) Submit the required Documents

Recent police record x3
Medical Certificate x3 showing the physical aptitude of the applicant and certifying that he or she is not suffering from any contagious illness
Recent passport-sized photographs x3 with the full name and nationality of the candidate written on the back.
Applicants for Master's and PhD degrees must provide, in addition to the above documents, certified copies of their diplomas x1, grade transcript x1 and continuing education programmes x1, as well as a copy of the dissertation/thesis of a graduation project x1 for the PhD degree.
3) French Proficiency
Students interested in the scholarship opportunity are not required to have a background in the French language.
In this case, for the first year of the Award, students will be enrolled in a French language programme where they may choose to complete the French A1, A2 or B1 exams.
Students excluded from the French language year of study and awarded direct enrollment into their faculty of choice, include students who have already completed the above-mentioned examinations prior to their acceptance of the Scholarship award and would be required to include this certification in their application package
