Submission Guidelines

Responses should be submitted electronically in PDF format to the OECS Commission no later than September 30, 2025, 2 p.m. AST, addressed to:

Email: procurementbids@oecs.int

The email submissions should include the name and address of the Consultant and shall be clearly marked in the subject line as “Request for Information – Consultancy Services for the Development of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States Sustainable Energy Transition. Submissions should be no longer than 10 pages.

Next Steps
The information received will be used solely for planning and strategy development. Depending on the outcomes, a subsequent invitation for expression of interest may be issued.
