Eligible countries are members of the United Nations and its specialized agencies.

In the assessment of submissions, consideration will be given to the consultant's qualifications, relevant experience in consultant’s qualifications in economics, financial management, or biodiversity business development, along with demonstrated experience in similar consultancies, technical reporting, and stakeholder engagement related to access and benefit-sharing.

Deadline for submission: May 20, 2025

Following the assessment of submissions, the most technically capable and appropriately experienced applicant will be invited to negotiate a contract.

The Government of Saint Lucia/IUCN reserves the right to accept or reject late applications or to cancel this invitation partially or entirely. No costs incurred by applicants in preparing and submitting proposals will be reimbursed.
